We are presently recruiting for an IT & Technical Support Team Lead for our clients in Killorglin, County Kerry. Reporting to senior management, You will manage a small team of four people and will lead in all aspects of technical support, continuous improvements and ensure that clients are satisfied. This is a permanent position with the option of a hybrid working week.
Responsibilities:
- Management of IT and Tech Support Teams
- Responsible for maintaining high performance levels of service
- Ensure systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Responsibility for delivery of key IT projects
- Responsible for Technical Support service delivery performance
- Responsible for delivery of system and service improvements
- Leading people management within the small IT team
The person:
- Hola a relevant IT qualification
- 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Security knowledge
- Strong customer focus and people management and leadership skills
- Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage) WMS experience
- Strong project management experience is essential.
