We are presently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator/ Stock Replenishment Executive for our clients in Carrigtwohill, County Cork. My Multinational clients operate in several locations in Ireland and require someone who can provide quotes, monitor stock, and work as part of a wider team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Carrigtwohill, County Cork
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular audits and data entry.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Generate and handle shipping documentation for timely order fulfillment.
- Organize and maintain files for invoices, packing slips, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, assisting in audits when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or a related role with 2 years’ experience.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Full driving licence is essential.
