We are presently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner for our clients in County Kerry. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and will collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, manages key HR functions like talent management, workforce planning, and performance reviews, advises on people-related decisions, and drives organizational change and development initiatives. This is a permanent position with an option of a hybrid working week.
Role Objectives:
- Develop and implement people strategy by partnering with business lines.
- Lead strategic human capital processes including succession planning, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Drive business growth and profitability through HR processes like performance reviews, compensation, and promotion planning.
- Advise on key people initiatives: retention, talent upgrades, re-organizations, and performance management.
- Guide Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver commercial solutions that align with business needs.
- Build strong relationships with business lines to drive people-related initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and HRBP teams to ensure alignment with HR strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk management to mitigate legal risks and drive employee conduct.
- Use HR experience and certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) to maintain credibility.
- Analyze HR data to influence retention, diversity, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and experiences:
- Educated to degree level in Human Resource or similar qualification with CIPD
- 7+ years HR Business Partner experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
