Red Chair Recruitment are presently searching for a Senior Bar Duty Manager for one of our clients, a 4-star hotel in County Kildare.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations with the management team, manage the Bars/Beverage Department, supervise staff, conduct weekly stocktakes, train and develop staff and cover some duty manager shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have 2/3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Have a strong knowledge of the bar/beverage industry.
- HACCP trained.
- IT literate, knowledge of hotel IT systems is beneficial.
- Flexible attitude to shifts as this role is 45 hours per week and includes mornings, evenings, and weekends/bank holidays.
