Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Senior Bartender for one of our established clients in Co. Dublin.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to deliver a high-quality service and supports daily bar operations, maintaining standards while mentoring staff. They prepare drinks efficiently, manage stock, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle customer queries professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support, train, and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage trends, and presentation standards.
- Good understanding of stock control, ordering processes, and waste management.
- Knowledge of licensing laws, HACCP principles, and health and safety regulations.

- Competitive salary of €16.00 – €18.00 Per hour depending on experience.
