Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager for a leading supplier of hardware, homewares, and farm inputs in County Cork. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, leading a strong team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve results.
- Monitor sales and performance against targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure compliance.
- Manage stock, cash, budgets, and P&L.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Support continuous improvement and uphold company values.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Retail Management with strong leadership skills.
- Qualification in management or business an advantage.
- Background in Builders Providers or Agri Retail desirable.
- Knowledge of Agri Inputs, DIY, Plumbing, Electrical, and Building Supplies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
