Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of our clients in a busy 4-star hotel based in Tralee Co. Kerry.
As the Restaurant Manager you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service is achieved at all times.
- Strong management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
