We are presently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our clients, a Consultant to the Water Sector in County Kerry. Working on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector. You will have relevant sector and industry experience and will be able to lead and manage a team, work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-contract cost control and advise to Clients and Design Teams.
- Preparing Budget Estimate and Bills of Quantities
- Compiling Contract Documentation
- Measurement and agreement of variations
- Cost reporting
- preparation of interim payment recommendations
- Final account preparation and reconciliations on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector.
Education and Experience:
- Hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Chartership preferable but not mandatory
