Our client, a global leader in tax management solutions for online businesses, is hiring a Test Automation Engineer to join their team. As a Test Automation Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting test automation suites. Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive approach to test automation and quality assurance.
- Design QA strategies for both existing and upcoming functionalities.
- Create and review automation tests at both conceptual and practical levels.
Basic Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a test automation engineer
- Proficiency in continuous integration (CI)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of Clojure/Java
- Experience with Git/Mercurial
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in finance/payments/tax or similar fields (a plus)
- PSP integration experience (an advantage)
- Expertise in performance testing (a bonus)
Location: EU-based and fully remote.
