Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Chef for one of our clients based in Macroom, Co. Cork.
You will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, breads, pies and desserts. You will also be responsible for the stock take and ordering of the pastry produce. You will be responsible for managing your own designated pastry section and overseeing all products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Excellent Communication, Time Management, Organisation and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 6am – 3pm 5 days a week to include weekends and bank holidays.
- HACCP certified with a clear understanding of food safety standards.
- Creativity and innovation with a passion for delivering quality desserts, pastries etc
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
- A competitive hourly rate of €17.00 – €18.00 Per Hour.
- Meals on duty.
