We are presently recruiting for an Operations Manager for one of our clients, a hardware supplies company based in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hardware supplies company, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hardware supplies industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
