Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for a Mixologist for one of our clients, a well-established bar based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
As the Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, engaging with guests, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of similar experience, preferably in a bar, hotel or restaurant setting.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Confidence and comfort in engaging with guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate interest in wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
