Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Mixologist for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be creating an exciting and memorable experience for customers and creating new and unique cocktails all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of proven Mixology & Cocktail experience.
- Develop and create new cocktails in line with the establishment’s themes.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink presentation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive hourly rate of €16.00 – €20.00 Per hour depending on experience.
