Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Management Couple for a well established client based in South Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the Management Couple will be to manage a busy Bed and Breakfast and oversee daily operations of the business providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests and customers enjoy their stay at this very popular establishment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ Years Hospitality Management experience preferably in a hotel or bed and breakfast environment
- The ideal couple will have experience in management, accommodation, front of house, reception, preparing and cooking breakfast for residents.
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills essential for these roles
- Assist with the daily operations and duties of the business in all departments
- Flexible attitude as role will include mixture of mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Computer literate with experience with online booking systems and ordering stock control
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive Salary (combined salary) of €80,000 – €100,000 dependent on experience
- Accommodation can be provided as part of the package if needed
