Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Duty Manager for one of our well-established clients based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations within the establishment and ensure the smooth running and efficient service of very busy and popular bar and restaurant. You will assist with the daily operations and management of the team ensuring exceptional customer service to customers and tourists alike.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Years Duty Manager or Bar Restaurant Supervisor experience in a hotel or busy environment preferred.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
- Competitive salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
