- 2 Years Duty Manager or Bar Restaurant Supervisor experience in a hotel or busy environment preferred.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
