We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our clients team in Killarney. The successful candidate will operate and manufacturing machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production . Solid IT Skills along with the ability to ensure production runs smoothly are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate factory machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Inspect products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Record production data, including output levels, operational logs, and any maintenance or repair actions.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a machine operation or production role preferred.
- Solid IT Skills to input data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical skills;
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in shifts if required.
