Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef for one of our clients a 4* hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting the Head Chef.
- In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
- Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
- Assisting the head chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within 4 star/ 5 star hotels.
- Ability to Multitask and remain organized and flexible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
