Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Deputy General Manager for one of our clients, a hotel based in Co. Galway.
Your main responsibility will be to assist the general manager with the overall running of the hotel whilst managing a team across all departments of the hotel to ensure a high level of customer service is adhered to.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 Years previous experience in senior management roles is essential
- Hospitality Qualification considered an advantage
- Oversee and work closely with Departmental Managers of the hotel
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organisation and Time Management Skills
- Well presented, polite with a welcoming manner enhancing the guest / customer experience
- Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- A competitive salary of €55,000 – €60,000 Per Annum dependent on experience
