We are presently recruiting for a cleaner for our clients in Glenbeigh, County Kerry. The position is seasonal and for 20 hours per week. You will perform routine cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to prescribed hygiene standards. This job is for 5 days over 7, weekend work is required on Rota.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to prescribed hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a clean, orderly environment.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and touchpoints in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Empty waste bins, segregate recyclables, and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply shortages promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow safe systems of work, including correct chemical handling and use of personal protective equipment.
The person:
- 1+ year experience in similar position.
- Have access to own transport
