Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for Bar Staff for our clients, an establishment located in the heart of Killarney, Co. Kerry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking and serving drink orders promptly and accurately.
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Providing recommendations on drink selections and specials.
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and policies.
- Handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area and equipment.
- Engaging with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
