We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager for our clients in County Kerry. In this role, you will lead and manage the Warehouse Team to ensure a first-time right delivery service and high customer satisfaction for a nationwide customer base. You will develop efficient systems, build strong vendor relationships, and monitor both staff and warehouse performance to meet all targets. This is a full-time, permanent position based in County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Warehouse Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, regulatory bodies, and service providers
- Oversee warehouse delivery performance to meet customer expectations and drive future demand
- Deliver warehouse improvements
- Implement necessary improvements where required
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong leadership experience
- End-to-end supply chain understanding
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
