Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for a Supermarket Duty Manager for one of our clients, a popular supermarket chain just north of Dublin City Centre.
The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to store policies. The Duty Manager will act as the main point of contact during shifts, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the overall success of the supermarket.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, including cash handling, stock control, and customer service.
- HACCP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Manual handling certification is desirable.
- Flexibility in working hours.
