Our client, a leading hospitality group, seeks a skilled Senior IT Support Technician for its three luxury properties. This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day IT support across all departments.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
- Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
- AV system maintenance.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- SOP development and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
- Third-level IT qualification.
- Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
- Experience with Veeam Backup.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full driver’s license.
