Red Chair Recruitment is seeking an ICT Operations Technician to support and maintain core IT infrastructure within a complex, mission-critical environment.
This senior role involves 2nd and 3rd level support, infrastructure management, and delivery of ICT projects across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd line support across core infrastructure and systems

Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory

Lead ICT infrastructure projects and deployments

Build and configure server environments and application platforms

Support networking, firewalls and wireless infrastructure
-
Manage SAN storage and Fibre Channel environments
-
Support cybersecurity tools and monitoring systems
-
Liaise with external vendors and service providers

Windows Server & Active Directory

Requirements
-
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline

Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking and virtualisation

Experience delivering infrastructure projects or major deployments

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or MCP desirable

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
