Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Project Implementation Manager to join their modern and forward-thinking business in Tralee.
You will oversee implementation of the client’s software solutions with their clients across both the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, playing a key role in establishing project scope and requirements in collaboration with both the client and our sales team. Once project deliverables are agreed, you will take full ownership of the product development and delivery of the project within scope, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Establish project scope and gather requirements from clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors
- Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Test final solutions for quality and prepare and deliver user training materials
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Willingness to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a full driving license
- Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
