Based in the heart of Killarney, County Kerry and Working exclusively from our head office in Killarney, you will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with both clients and IT professionals. We are expanding our specialist IT division and are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and relationship-focused IT Recruitment Consultant to join our in-house team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across a broad client base.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships within the IT and technology sector
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to division growth
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Write compelling job advertisements tailored to attract high-quality IT talent
- Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical competence and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers of employment between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous recruitment experience (IT recruitment experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of the technology sector or a keen interest in IT is essential
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
