Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Guide clients through the sales cycle from needs assessment to ERP implementation.
- Conduct software demonstrations highlighting unique value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in ERP or similar enterprise software.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of ERP, accounting, or financial software.
- Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, JIRA).
