A well-established law firm in County Kerry is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in handling property transactions, conduct property searches, handle deposits and also manage estate administration and handle with general settling of estates. This is a full – time, permanent position based in County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases for residential and commercial properties.
- Advise clients on probate matters, estate administration, and inheritance law.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, and powers of attorney.
- Conduct title reviews, property searches, and handle title registration processes.
- Guide clients through the conveyancing process, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Provide empathetic support to clients managing estates, ensuring compliance with Irish probate regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ experience in conveyancing and probate.
- Strong understanding of Irish property and probate law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
