We are presently recruiting an Architect for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. You will manage mainly residential with some commercial projects from concept to completion, utilizing the latest CAD and BIM software. Experiences:
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize CAD and BIM software to create detailed architectural designs and 3D models.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee construction processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications and experiences:
- Hold a recognised degree in architecture.
- Complete a minimum of two years of practical experience under the supervision of a registered architect.
- Registered with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI), the regulatory and support body for architects in Ireland.
