Red Chair Recruitment are current accepting applications for an experienced Store Manager based in the West of Ireland. You will come from a strong store management background with the ability to manage both the store and the team. You will also have a hands on approach and a strong customer focused background. Your leadership skills, strategic mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will be instrumental to the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards.
