Seeking a proactive Software Support Technician for our client’s Technical Support Team in Kerry. Requires strong IT skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support, handle installations, and conduct end-user training.
- Collaborate on project teams for larger installations.
- Manage customer queries via phone/email and maintain CRM records.
- Identify and escalate software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain performance standards and manage customer requests effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Background in operations or IT administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
