Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the software development team effectively.
- Design and develop efficient, testable software for the Wi-Fi industry.
- Provide technical support, resolve challenges during development.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources for project success.
- Lead critical projects, offering technical leadership and mentoring.
- Ensure quality and timely software delivery.
- Track team velocity and provide metrics.
- Oversee applications and assist with 4th line support.
- Conduct team member performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing software engineering teams.
- Technical proficiency in Web Technologies, node.js, Python, Javascript, and APIs (REST/SOA).
- Knowledge of JMX, RMI, JCA, JPA, JTA, CDI, and JEE security.
- Familiarity with Angular, Design Patterns, and MVC.
- 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer.
- BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred.
