Our client is in search of a Process Development Manager to assume a pivotal role in a critical project for their organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing the advantages of digitalization across their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and map the business process flow to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Customize and integrate software tools as required.
- Coordinate the implementation of digitalization initiatives across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with software implementation teams to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Engage with internal teams to optimize system utilization and meet business reporting requirements.
- Develop and improve reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Identify relevant KPIs for all departments and establish a monitoring dashboard.
The successful candidate will lead this project in collaboration with North West Regional College (NWRC) and will have the opportunity to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment package.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or relevant field, or substantial experience in an IT environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL reporting (1 year or more).
- Previous experience in project management or process mapping (1 year or more).
