- Ensure systems and processes are in place to support outstanding delivery.
- Oversee key IT projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Drive system and service improvements aligned with business goals.
- Manage staff development, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification and leadership experience.
- Strong customer focus and IT Security knowledge.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage).
- Familiarity with WMS, project management, and business software.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills; flexibility and adaptability.
