We’re looking for a proactive IT Support/Facilities Lead to join our client’s team in Tralee. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring smooth operations for our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.
- Oversee inventory management and office logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
- Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Facilities management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
- Full driver’s license required.
