Travel Agent

We are presently recruiting for Travel agents for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. The company in question are considered to be market leaders and offer packages to suit everyone ranging from weekends away to luxury holidays . You will come with solid travel or sales experience and will have the ability to sell destinations in our clients extensive product range. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment, having Confidence on the telephone and have a real hunger for success.

Role:

  • Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and email to book holidays
  • Making outbound calls to previous customers to advise and assist on holiday choices
  • Follow up on all quotes made
  • Assist colleagues’ customers as required
  • Aim to achieve company conversion required per destination
  • Balance chasing as required
  • Attend shows, functions, familiarisation trips and workshops as required

Skills & Experience:

  • 2 Years’ previous experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of English language both oral and written
  • Numerate
  • Prior experience in sales a huge advantage
