Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for Trainee Manager to work for one of our clients, a shop based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The Trainee Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of the supermarket while undergoing comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a successful manager. The Trainee Manager will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience in a supervisory role or in a similar position.
- Experience opening and closing a store.
- Cash handling and HAACP procedures or Fresh Food experience would be advantageous.
- Flexibility in working hours including bank holidays and weekends.
