We are presently recruiting for a Tender Coordinator / Office Administrator for our clients in County Galway. The company in question is an Engineering company and require someone to assist with all aspects of administration specifically with the Tendering team. This is a full time position based in South County Galway.
- Provide administrative support to the tendering team.
- Assist the manager and team in the layout, formatting and compiling of bid submission documents.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Previous professional experience on a similar role.
- Planning and organization
- Good communication skills
