Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for a part time technical support individual. They provide solutions and local, friendly service and they’re hoping to have someone join there team quickly.
What you will be doing:
▪ Identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues using remote access software and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
▪ Follow standard help desk procedures and represent the company to the customer in a professional and competent way.
▪ Log all help desk interactions using Zendesk
▪ Keytag and keyring production
▪ Site visits to customers if required
What you need:
▪ Customer service focused with excellent telephone and problem solving skills
▪ Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
▪ Experience in a software/support environment would be an advantage
▪ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Self motivated, conscientious, results oriented with good attention to detail
▪ Previous experience within the Leisure Industry would be an asset
