Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for one of our clients based in Donegal.
Exciting opportunity to join the team! Your duties would involve but are not limited to;
- Assisting the Head Chef.
- In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
- Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
- Assisting the head chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role within 4 star/ 5 star hotels.
- Ability to Multitask and remain organized and flexible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 depending on experience.
- Other benefits to be discussed in interview.
