Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef, for one of our well-established clients in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
Our client is renowned for providing the highest quality of cuisine and hospitality and excel in customer service. A pivotal role, supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for organising and running the service smoothly and managing the team. This busy restaurant is well established and has an excellent reputation for food and service with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team and on their own.
- Flexible to work 40 hours per week / mornings, lunches, and evenings / 5 days a week to include weekends.
Package On Offer:
- Competitive Salary of between €40,000 – €42,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
