We are presently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our clients, a prestige motor brand in South Dublin. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a skilled sales team to drive profitability and exceed performance targets of the premium brand. This is a full-time position, based in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performance culture, engaging all levels of the organization.
- Build and manage a sales team focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Set and negotiate yearly sales targets with distributors.
- Achieve excellence across sales, aftersales, people management, safety, and service.
- Ensure compliance with group policies and standards.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure the dealership meets targets.
- Maintain financial and operational performance.
- Conduct team meetings, Team training and staff evaluations.
- Deliver a luxury customer experience, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance of the sales team.
- Represent the dealership to major & fleet customers.
The person:
- Proven management experience in the motor industry.
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience with a proven and successful track record in sales and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
- Desirable: luxury motor brand and passenger vehicle knowledge.
