We are presently recruiting for Sales Account Managers for our clients in Killorglin, County Kerry. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you maintain client relationships, identifies and pursues new business opportunities, negotiate new contracts, and ensures customer satisfaction to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customers, developing business with new customers and supporting and developing existing customers
- Sales order processing, preparation of quotations and follow up with customers for order completion
- Build relationships with customers by providing needs based solutions
- Manage customer contracts
- Build and develop customer knowledge
- Manage customer complaints to resolution
- Develop personal product knowledge by involvement in product training sessions
