Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for one of our clients, an IT company in Dublin, Ireland. This is a nationwide role.
The successful candidate will be involved in full 360 recruiting including identifying and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings and assessments, coordinating interviews, drafting job adverts and job descriptions, managing a database of clients and candidates, and conducting references.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field i.e. Business Studies, Administration, Recruitment etc.
- Experience recruiting staff in an IT sector is desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills.
