We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our clients in Ballyvorney in County Cork for a one-month contract for the month of April. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and become the friendly, professional face of the company. This is a full time Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM position.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of reception
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling service needs of clients
- Data input of clients & services
- Administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to customers.
- To be well presented with a polite and professional manner
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
