Our client, a growing renewable energy company, is seeking a Qualified Plumber to join their expanding team. This permanent role involves the installation of heat pump systems in residential and light commercial properties throughout County Cork. A full driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Install air source and ground source heat pump systems to the highest professional standards.
- Ensure all installations comply fully with SEAI standards, guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Carry out associated plumbing works, including pipework installation, hot water cylinder fitting, radiator upgrades, and underfloor heating systems.
- Assist with the commissioning, testing, balancing, and troubleshooting of heating systems.
- Work collaboratively with electricians, supervisors, and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent levels of workmanship, customer service, and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and all relevant industry regulations.
- Complete job reports, certification, and SEAI documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
Requirements
- Fully qualified plumber with recognised trade certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ plumbing experience.
- Previous experience installing heat pumps or renewable heating systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of heating system design and SEAI compliance requirements.
- Full clean driving licence.
