Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Chef for one of our clients in West Cork.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to assist the Head Chef and kitchen team with the pastries, cakes and desserts section for the everyday service of a busy bar, restaurant and hotel.
- 2-3 Years Experience as a Pastry Chef essential for the role
- Experience preparing and cooking/baking pastries, cakes and desserts, catering for large numbers on a daily basis
- Experience with preparing and cooking/baking pastries, cakes and desserts for Weddings, Functions and Events
- Work well as part of a team and on their own
- Professional, Polite and Excellent Communication skills
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive Salary of up to €35,000 for the right candidate dependent on experience
