Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for one of our clients based in Kerry.
We are looking for a standards driven Hotel Professional to take responsibility of the day to day management of the hotel, always ensuring tasks, customer experience and hotel targets are delivered to the highest of standards.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Must have strong Food & Beverage / Banqueting background
- Must be motivated and be standards driven, customer and service focused
- Have the ability to multi task and to work well under pressure
- Must have experience in all areas of the hotel
- Strong attention to detail and strong leadership qualities to lead and motivate the management and staff
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive Salary of up to €45,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
