National Sales Manager

We are presently recruiting for a Senior National Sales Manager for our clients, a fast-growing technology company based in Dublin. The company in question manufacture sensors that allow smarter manufacturing of various devices such as semiconductor chips. As a Sales Leader, you will be comfortable owning your key account targets while motivating and coaching the existing sales team to deliver.  You will work hands-on to deliver a robust sales system that will scale to meet demand in various territories including Asia, US and Europe. This position can either be remote or work from office in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Excel at global Key Account Development
  • Excel at People Management
  • Strong Performance Management skills
  • Strong Forecasting (Quarterly & Annual) skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Conference attendance

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • 5+ years in target-driven B2B sales role
  • Scientific Qualification and/or technical solutions selling expertise is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in collaborating across different teams
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment and managing uncertainties
  • Process driven with experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to identify and build the correct buying committees to conclude the sale successfully
  • Adept at working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product
