Red Chair Recruitment presently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Coordinator for our clients, a 4* hotel based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
Your main responsibility will be work with the meetings and events team to ensure the smooth coordination of events across the hotel.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years Meetings and Events experience within 4*/5* hotel environments essential for this role.
- Experience organising and overseeing large weddings, conferences and functions and ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Work closely with the other departments with regard to all aspects of conferences and banqueting etc.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of all meetings, functions, and conferences in the hotel.
- Must be computer literate with experience of hotel CRMs Hotsoft and Excel.
Package On Offer:
- Competitive salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
